This is a smoke-free rental property and sorry no pets are allowed!!

Check-out time is at 10:00am; check-in time is at 4:00pm if on the same day – there must be a minimum of 6 hours between rentals to prepare house for next renter.

A 25% deposit is required for each rental, unless otherwise stated by owner. The house will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each rental; renters may smell Lysol/Clorox disinfectant upon arrival. Please call or text 484-467-1220 if you have any issues with the house upon arrival or departure.

You must bring all of your own bedding and towels, including bed sheets, and bath, kitchen, and beach towels. There is one queen-size bed, one full-size bed, and two twin beds.

The door key is for both door locks and dead-bolts (both front & back doors); the house will be open when you arrive with keys on the kitchen table. When you depart, return keys to kitchen table and lock the door behind you.

Please leave the house in same condition as when you arrived – cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink or in bathroom cabinets; the vacuum cleaner is in the downstairs bedroom closet. If you use the last of any cleaning supplies, please replace for the next rental or let owner know.

Trash pickup is on Monday mornings – please collect/bag all trash and place in larger outside trash bin; move bin to end of driveway (by telephone pole). You can also take trash to the compost located on the island –on Deep Hole Road past just the Community Center; it is open every day but Tuesday – so, please get rid of your trash or take it with you.

Please see that all food items are properly stored in Ziploc bags or in plastic containers; do not leave open food items on the kitchen counters or table and keep counters and sinks free of crumbs! This is an island, prone to ants and bugs.

Please use air conditioning and/or heating conservatively especially if you’re going to be away for the day. There are ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms to help cool the upstairs.

A charcoal grill is provided for you to use – please empty ashes after cooled & leave some charcoal for next renters to get started.

There are 3 TV’s and a DVD player; some movies are available but you may want to bring your own. There is also wireless internet. Wifi is provided.

***Please select/highlight each date on the calendar that you will be staying, but do not include the checkout date; checkout will be the next day.

Example: if you would like to stay May 5-11 you should add dates 5-10 and checkout will be the 11th.
