Payment options
Payment is made directly to owner via check or money order only; credit cards are not accepted.  When reservation has been made payment instructions will be emailed.  To secure the reservation, a 25% deposit is required and the cleaning fee.  The balance of rental fee is due 30-days prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will not be granted due to weather unless the island/causeway are closed. Cancellations require 30-days minimum notice prior to rental dates for deposit refund.  For any cancellations with less than 30-days the deposit will not be returned.

Will rent long term, 3-4 weeks at a time in the off-season. Contact owner for details.

Example: if you would like to stay May 5-11 you should add dates 5-10 and checkout will be the 11th.
